Off-Season Pricing: $79* per HVAC system

Provides a proactive overview of system performance of the sealed system in relation to electrical components and continuity, refrigerant levels, cooling splits, system pressures (CFMs) measured across rooms to find underlying issues in ductwork or air leaks, and preventative flushing and clearing of all drain lines to remove any clogs.
Recommended: once per year, for HVAC systems that are 5 years or older.
Standard Tune-Up tasks include:
Test electrical connections
Measure refrigerant levels
Inspect pressures and temperatures
Check contactors and relays for wear
Inspect ductwork
Flush condensate lines
Inspect the heat exchanger for leaks and cracks
Check and straighten fins
Off-Season Pricing: $159* per HVAC system
(*$79 for PreFix HVAC Subscribers)
Offers improved performance in system subcooling by improving the supply temperature coming from the coil by removing the dirt and debris that has corroded over time.
The additional tune-up tasks provide peace of mind the additional sealed system pressures and refrigerant levels are within expected ranges and electrical components in good functioning order.
Recommended: once every 3 years, for HVAC systems that are 5 years or older.
