How the No Hassle Promise works:

  • If you're not satisfied with a job we've completed, let us know.
  • A PreFix technician will visit your home to review your concerns at no additional charge.
  • If the issue is due to our workmanship, we’ll resolve it for free.
  • If we find that external or pre-existing factors are causing the problem, we'll discuss the findings with you before scheduling any further billable repairs.
  • Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
